Mauro Marconi is an investor relations and business development professional with over a decade of experience across venture capital, private equity and financial markets. He has led fundraising strategy, LP relations and investor engagement for international investors, building strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices and emerging managers.​

Before joining Giano Capital, Mauro was Revenue Director at Zero One Hundred, where he drove revenue growth and high‑profile connections across the PE/VC ecosystem, and worked with Blockchain Valley Ventures on business development and investor outreach in the fintech and digital assets space. Earlier in his career he held financial and asset management roles at Swiss Re and IBM and provided fundraising advisory to AI startup Soffos.ai, adding a solid analytical and operational foundation to his investor‑facing work. Mauro holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Financial Sciences and has gained international study and professional experience in markets including Italy, the USA, Norway (NTNU), Denmark (Copenhagen Business School) and Slovakia.
